• Monthly face to face catch up
• Weekly online check in document and follow up 
• Ad hoc support via WhatsApp
• Access to educational resources, nutrition tips and recipes. 

Monthly cost £90pcm 

I am a Level 4 AIQ certified nutrition coach and am qualified in the following areas:

• The Science of Nutrition Coaching 
• The Art of Nutrition Coaching incl behaviour change and barriers to fat loss
• Sports Nutrition in Practice 
• Nutrition Coaching for Specific Populations

I have also recently completed an additional course through EIQ Nutrition helping me to bring an evidence -based, compassionate approach to coaching. 

I spent the first 15 years of my adult life moving between periods of fad dieting and over restriction turning to binging and secret eating when I’d had enough and wasn’t seeing the results I thought I wanted. Through education and forming of new habits I have learnt self acceptance, self compassion and a healthy and sustainable approach to weight management.
